By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (all available on the Website). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase to ensure a smooth, joyful shopping experience.
1. Order Placement & Acceptance

Global Free Shipping: jeriycat offers global free shipping for all orders—no minimum purchase value is required, and no additional shipping fees will be added at checkout or after order placement. This applies to all Products, including large plush sets and personalised gifts, regardless of your delivery location.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Currency & Pricing
All Product prices on the Website are displayed and charged exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). 4. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible Products for a refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions (aligned with the hygiene and quality standards of plush toys):
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging—including intact tags, plastic wraps, and any included accessories (e.g., gift bags, care instruction cards). Used plush toys (e.g., a cuddled teddy bear, an Amuseable with stains or loose threads) cannot be returned due to health and safety considerations.
- Personalised Products (e.g., toys with custom embroidery) are eligible for return only if the personalization is incorrect (e.g., we embroidered the wrong name) or the Product is defective (e.g., loose stitching on the embroidered area).
- Final Sale Products (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for return or refund.
4.2 Refund Processing
